• Six, 1-hour developmental meetings that take teams through relevant and practical learning experiences to build the knowledge, skills and abilities for creating respect.
• Training tools to enhance learning and engage participants.
• Certificate of commitment for participants to buld a sense of ownership around a culture of respect.
• Meeting huddle cards for on-going reinforcement of the concepts covered throughout the program.
