Georgine Madden and Lynae Steinhagen are organizational effectiveness consultants and the managing partners of Madd-Steiny Productions.  Together, they have more than forty years experience spanning a variety of disciplines including organizational development, strategic human resource management, leadership training and development, and change management.  As trainers and consultants, they have served thousands of individuals, Fortune 100 companies and leading nonprofits to be their best.
